We invite you to our 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which will be held at the Company’s offices at 439 South Union Street, 5th Floor, Lawrence, Massachusetts on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time.

DIRECTIONS TO NxStage Medical, Inc. : Continue on Route 93 North through Boston to Route 495 North (Exit 44A) (approximately 15 miles). Once on Route 495 North, take the Route 28 North / Lawrence exit (# 41B). At this point we are 8/10 of a mile ahead. Bear right off the ramp, stay in the right lane and go underneath Route 495. When the road forks, stay to the right. Go over a small bridge and travel approximately ¼ mile. Take a left into Heritage Park (across from the shopping plaza). Parking is in front of the building.

NxSTAGE is located in the large building in the back. Please use the Main Entrance in the front, follow the hallway to the elevators and go to the fifth floor.
